The case of the "disclose" group and the "Spica PFU Community"

While the "PFU Community" doesn't want to send their reactions about the "disclose" group and the "Blackbook" to us. The "disclose" group replied to our request.

The "disclose" group replied to our request via email and answer some of our few questions. The "second-in-command" of the "disclose" group said that "We have managed to create this black book because we think that these people who are responsible for their wrongdoings should be embarrassed in the eyes of the world and the World Wide Web".

He also added "We will remove their presence from the internet to our greatest extent and capabilities". The "disclose" group also answered some of our questions.

The "second-in-command" also told us that "they have managed to contact some hackers to destroy their website and disrupt their services"

We asked them why they entrust their "Blackbook" that they've manage to create to TheGeneral Bulletin. They answered "We think that entrusting the black book to your group [TheGeneral Bulletin] will help us achieving our goal"

The email also contains some reasons why they are doing this. Misuse of funds and forcing it's members to do something is one of them.

We also told them that we are getting each other side's point of view. They told us that we should not wait for a reply from the "PFU Community" because "they are just afraid to tell the truth and their high ranking officers are pussies. They are also like tigers who gets all they wish."

They also included Youtube links. Songs of Pussycat, Gold diggers, Pleasureman, and Naughty Boy. All sang by Gunther. The "disclose" group claimed that these song are perfect example of the community and it's corrupt officers.

Meanwhile, here at the TheGeneral Bulletin HQ. The team laughs at the songs and make them happy all day. The founder of TheGeneral Bulletin doesn't want to give any comments, but instead laughs at the songs too.

Libyan army members defect from Gadaffi

YAHOO NEWS: http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/us_libya_officers

While fierce fighting still on-going at Libya, defection of Gadaffi's army members increased.

Eight high ranking Libyan army officers appeared on Rome saying they were part of a group of as many as 120 military officials and soldiers who had defected from Muammar Gaddafi's side in recent days.

Eight officers (Five Generals, Two Colonels, and Major) spoke at a hastily-called news conference organized by the Italian government, which is one of the countries that recognized the Libyan National Transitional Council as the representative of the Libyan people.

Libyan U.N. ambassador Abdurrahman Shalgam, who has also defected from Gaddafi, said all 120 military personnel were outside Libya now but did not say where they were.  An Arabic News Network said that 120 Libyan officers had arrived in Rome.

The Libyan ambassador to Rome, yet another defector, said only the eight present at the news conference were in the Italian capital. The defectors said they escaped Libya over its western border into Tunisia via crossings controlled by the rebels.

Military + Politics [A Bad Combination?]

Had you ever wondered that Politics and Military is a bad combination?

Let's define the two first. Military is an organization authorized by its greater society to use lethal force, usually including use of weapons, in defending its country by combating actual or perceived threats. Politics meanwhile is a process by which groups of people make collective decisions We can also call Politics as a art or science of running governmental or state affairs.

What can Politics do when it comes to Military?
Well. Let's make the Congress as a example. The Philippine Congress has the power to declare war. The U.S. Congress meanwhile has a important role when it comes to national defense. It has also the power to declare war. It can maintain and raise it's armed forces, and to make rules for the military.

Martial law is the system of rules that takes effect when the military takes control of the normal administration of justice. Martial Law can be declared by the President of the Philippines. Like Ferdinand Marcos. In United States, martial law can be declared by the President or Governor of a state.

Those are some examples of what can Politics do when it comes to controlling the military. But what can a Military do when it comes to Politics?

A perfect example of this is a "coup d'état", overthrow or just coup. It is the sudden, extrajudicial deposition of a government, usually by a small group of the existing state establishment (typically the military) to replace the deposed government with another body; either civil or military. This has been used by Muammar al-Gaddafi to overthrow King Idris I and the monarchy system in Libya to form the Libyan Arab Republic.

Military junta is a government led by a committee of military leaders. This is the current government of Egypt after Hosni Mubarak resigned ending his nearly 30 year rule. Military junta and Military dictatorship is almost the same. A military dictatorship is a form of government where in the political power resides with the military.

By comparing and contrasting some examples gathered. We can conclude that Military and Politics is not really a bad combination. In fact, it is essential for a government. As long as the Politicians are not abusing their powers that was given to them under their constitution. While the military should focus in defending the citizens and it's country and should not abuse their powers.
