TheGeneral Bulletin received a "Blackbook" that contains black informations from a group called "Spica PFU Community"
The "Blackbook" came from a disclosed group. They said that "We are a group of concerned people. While we are a member of this 'community' we have managed to gather information about this group"
Possibly they are the enemy of Spica PFU from their gaming world. Reportedly SpicaPFU Community is a result of a merge between 'Clan Spica' and 'PFUnion'. Before the merging process, Clan Spica has a little feud with another clan named "Souretso Clan" from Warrock Philippines.
The "Blackbook" contains detailed information and their assets on World Wide Web and the Internet Community. These information includes tactics, information about their members, relations of third party groups, and groups associated with the said community.
The disclosed group which the "Blackbook" came from claimed that they are not ready to publish the "Blackbook" and they are adding more information on the "Blackbook".
