Inside: The PFU "Blackbook" [Part two]

So here it is. Another part of TheGeneral Bulletin's episode of Inside: The PFU "Blackbook"
Previously I shared two images of two unknown page from the "Blackbook" document. Now I will share another page of the "Blackbook".

But as a agreement between me and the "disclose" group which gave us this "Blackbook". We can only share a limited information about the "Blackbook". And TheGeneral Bulletin offered the "Spica PFU Community" Officers to have a meeting.

To refresh our minds, the content of this PFU "Blackbook" contains all the black information about the "Spica PFU Community". This includes tactics, information about their members, funding system, and groups associated with the community.

So I took a screenshot of another page in the Spica PFU "Blackbook". Now, the content of the image above is all about it's funding system. The page also includes a insight of their estimated total amount of  value that was invested on websites, servers, etc. It is stated in the "Blackbook" that the community spend over or more than $500.

In the "Blackbook", it says that there is a community officer who is responsible of buying necessary assets (Websites and etc.) for the community. But this officer transfers a large percentage of donations and money that was intended for buying the essential assets to a "secret" account for his/her own benefits.

The "Blackbook" also states that this officer is changing the total amount of  spending before presenting it to the community so that he/she can "cover" his/her own tracks.

The "disclosed" group also condemn the immoral actions of this corrupt community officer.
